Tourists pass by vendors selling Vietnam POW/MIA t-shirts on the Mall August 22. The vendors, who sell their wares near the Vietnam Veterans Memorial as part of an ongoing protest for an accounting of soldiers, will no longer be allowed to operate in federal parks August 24, according to a National Parks Service order. Licensed vendors will still be able to operate on city streets.
