Trucks pass a sign which routes all non-local truck traffic over 7.5 tonnes to the ring road that bypasses Lyon on the A7 motorway due to high pollution levels January 16. The local authorities banned trucks from driving through the city as cold weather and lack of wind raised pollution to danger levels for the third successive day.
