Portuguese Foreign Minister Jaime Gama (R) talks with his Chinese counterpart Qian Qichen (L) at the beginning of their meeting, January 20 in Necessidades Palace in Lisbon. Talks between the two ministers will cover moves towards a handover of power in the Portuguese administered territory of Macau and the United Nations Security Council where Portugal has just begun a two-year stint as a non-permanent member.
