FORMER PRESIDENT BUSH CHATS WITH FIRST LADY HILLARY CLINTON
First lady Hillary Clinton and former President George Bush (L) chat January 24, during a White House event in which Presidedent Clinton encouraged more Americans to volunteer to help the needy. In an extraordinary show of bipartisanship, Clinton joined two old Republican rivals, Bush, who lost to Clinton in the 1992 presidential election, and Powell, often mentioned as a Republican presidential hopeful. Bush and Powell will serve in the "President's Summit for America's Future," to be held in Philadelphia April 27-29.
