HOUSE SPEAKER GINGRICH WALKS OUTSIDE CAPITOL
House Speaker Newt Gingrich (L) leaves a GOP caucus January 21 for his offices in the Capitol before the House of Representatives voted to reprimand him and make him pay a $300,000 penalty for admitted violations of ethics standards. The vote of 395 to 28 made Gingrich, the first House Speaker in U.S. history to be punished for misconduct by a vote of his colleagues.
