Grossberg (R), one of two New Jersey teenagers charged with first-degree murder in the death of her newborn son, is led into Superior Court for a bail hearing in Wilmington January 97. Sources say Grossberg is expected to plead guilty to manslaughter in a court appearence in Wilmington April 22. Her high school sweetheart Brian Peterson pleaded guilty to manslaughter last month and agreed to testify against Grossberg. The guilty pleas mean it is unlikely that either teen will face trial for the death of the infant, whose body was left in a trash bin.
