FILE PHOTO 14NOV96 - British pop star George Michael was fined $810, put on probation for two years and ordered to undergo sexual counseling on May 14 after his lawyer pleaded no-contest on Michael's behalf to a charge of lewd conduct in a public men's room. Judge Charles Rubin also ordered the British singer, who was arrested April 7, to perform 80 hours of community service and banned him from the Will Rogers City Park in Beverly Hills, where he was arrested. Michael is shown during the 1996 MTV Europe Music Awards in London.
