President Clinton says goodbye to his dog Buddy before leaving the White House on May 12. Clinton embarks on an eight-day trip which will take him to Germany, England and Switzerland. In Berlin, Clinton will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the blockade-busting airlift that ensured the survival of a Western enclave in Soviet-occupied east Germany.
