TORONTO BLUE JAYS SANTIAGO SCORES ON YANKEES ERROR.
Toronto Blue Jays runner Benito Santiago looks back at third base as he runs home after New York Yankees pitcher David Wells threw wildly to third base and Santiago, who had doubled home runner Tony Fernandez and taken third on the throw to the plate, scored on the error in the fifth inning September 12 at Yankee Stadium. Catcher Jorge Posada couldn't catch the throw home, and Wells - who was backing up the play - threw wildly to third base and Santiago was able to score the go ahead run. Wells and the Yankees lost 5-3.
