Nuba dancers perform a traditional dance during a festival to mark the 15th anniversary of the beginning of the Sudan People's Liberation Army's (SPLA) insurgency against the Islamic government of Sudan. Human rights groups have said the Khartoum government has waged a counterinsurgency war against the Nuba Mountains leading to the displacement of nearly half their population.
