Cambodian buddhist monks lead a prayer March 29 on the eve of the first anniversary of a grenade attack on an opposition rally outside the National Assembly which left up to 19 people dead and over a hundred wounded. Political tension is high in Phnom Penh in advance of the return on Monday of deposed co-premier Prince Norodom Ranariddh.
