Albanian opposition Democratic party leader Sali Berisha makes the victory sign to some 3,000 supporters shouting anti-government slogans at a rally at Tirana's main Skanderbeg Square celebrating the tearing down of the last communist dictator Enver Hoxha's monument seven years ago February 20. The Democrats' leaders repeated their call for the governemnt resignation and fresh election.
