Activists protesting the expulsion of Indian scientists from the U.S., burn an effigy of US President Bill Clinton near the U.S. embassy in New Delhi July 31. Seven Indian scientists were asked to leave the U.S. last week as a fallout of economic sanctions on India after it carried out nuclear tests in May.
