Brian Peterson, Amy Grossberg's 20-year-old former sweetheart, arrives for his sentencing in the death of the couple's newborn son, July 9. Superior Court Judge Henry duPont Ridgely handed down an eight year sentence against Peterson, but suspended six years of the term. Like Grossberg, Peterson also was fined $5,000 to cover the cost of their prosecution.
