An injured man receives aid from a bystander after dozens of people were injured, 10 seriously, when a car ploughed into a crowd of World Cup revellers on the Champs Elysees early July 13. French radio reported that a car travelling at high speed smashed into a group of celebrating soccer fans close to the Arc de Triomphe.
