Mark O'Meara of the U.S. is hugged by his children Michelle and Shaun after sinking the winning putt on the 18th to take The Open title at Royal Birkdale July 19. O'Meara, this year's Masters winner, defeated compatriot Brian Watts in a four hole playoff.
