Stephen Fagan leads his current wife Harriet Martin (R-Rear) out of his arraignment as a court officer (R) looks on after Fagan was arraigned on kidnapping charges, June 25 at Middlesex Superior Court in Cambridge. Fagan is out on $250,000 bail as he faces charges that he kidnapped his two daughters from their mother in Massachusetts in 1979 and took them to Florida for almost twenty years, telling them that their mother had died in a car crash.
