Spanish Foreign Minister Abel Matutes (R) meets his Austrian counterpart and Vice-Chancellor Wolfgang Schuessel for talks at the foreign ministry June 17. Schuessel visited Madrid as part of a tour of European capitals to prepare the ground for the Austrian EU presidency, which starts on July 1st.
