An ethnic Albania refugee from Kosovo and her two exhausted children wait to be sheltered in Bajram Curri June 17 after crossing the mountainous border region between the Serbian province of Kosovo and Albania yesterday. Few refugees crossed the border Wednesday after Yugoslav border guards shot dead an Albanian citizen inside Albania near a path used by refugees fleeing neighbouring Kosovo. Between 8,000 and 12,000 ethnic Albanians from Kosovo have fled fighting in Serbia and crossed into Albania, mainly finding refuge in villagers homes.
