Canadian Fisheries and Oceans Minister David Anderson pauses for a moment June 19 while in Vancouver to announce cutbacks in the West Coast fisheries. Anderson announced a $400-million aid package for B.C. salmon fishermen as well as severe fishing restrictions to protect dwindling coho stocks.
