A BOY IN KUALA LUMPUR SHOWS A SCULPTURE OF PRIME MINISTER MAHATHIR.
Fakhrul Ikhwan shows a sculpture of Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, which sells for 450 ringgit (US$115), during the annual general assembly of Malaysia's ruling party, the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), in Kuala Lumpur June 21. Mahathir ended the assembly of his political party on Sunday, saying he expected to remain as president of the party and prime minister next year unless his deputy, Anwar Ibrahim challenged him.
