NETANYAHU WALKS INTO CABINET MEETING IN JERUSALEM WITH MILITARY AID
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu strolls down the hallway into a cabinet meeting accompanied January 14 morning by an unidentified military aid. The cabinet is discussing issues pertinent to next week's meeting in Washington between Netanyahu and President Clinton. Yesterday Israel decided not to carry out a delayed troop redeployment in the West Bank until the PLO meets commitments made a year ago in a U.S.-brokered document. Netanyahu told reporters yesterday, "It's a very simple idea -- it's called a contract".
