President Clinton, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu (R) and Palestinian President Yasser Arafat (L) leave the Rose Garden of the White House October 15 after a statement on the beginning of peace talks between the two Middle East groups. Netanyahu and Arafat are in the Washington area to hold peace talks on the Middle East at the secluded Wye River Plantation which begin later this afternoon.
