ORTHODOX JEWS BUY FUR HATS IN UKRAINE.
Orthodox Jews buy fur hats on a street in Uman, some 200 km south of Kiev, September 21. Some six thousand piligrims from Israel, the United States and France, the members of the Bratslav Hasidic movement, came to this small town on Jewish New Year, Rosh-ha-Shana, to pray on the grave of Rabbi Nahman, who was burried here in 1810.
