Pope John Paul II meets Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar and his
wife Anna in the apostolic palace in Madrid May 3, 2003. The 82
year-old pontiff touches the spanish ground for the fifth the times in
his pontificate and is scheduled this afternoon for a meeting with
youth from around the world at the Quatro Vientos air base in western
Madrid. The Pope also will beatify tomorrow morning five religious
figures in Plaza Colon ( Columbus' Square ) in central Madrid.
