ANTI-WAR PROTESTERS HOLD A STREET DEMONSTRATION IN LEIPZIG.
Anti-war protesters carry banners reading "Mr. Bush Stop no war" and
"Mr. Bush Stop no blood for oil" as they hold a so-called "Monday
demonstration" in front of the old city hall of the eastern German town
of Leipzig to protest against possible U.S.-led military action in
Iraq, February 17, 2003. The 'Monday demonstration' refers back to
demonstrations of the east German citizen movement in the year 1989,
which ended in the fall of the Berlin Wall and the end of the communist
regime. REUTERS/Fabrizio Bensch
