An Indian paramedic treats an injured boy in a hospital after an attack
by outlawed United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA) in Dibrugarh in the
northeastern Indian state of Assam November 19, 2003. At least five
people were killed and 10 others wounded on Wednesday when rebels from
