Aferweki said that although Ethiopia and Eritrea agreed a moratorium on air raids on Monday Ethiopian had refused to respect it and warned that he would not let the situation remain in that state for long. The threat of a land war over disputed border territories still remains. Both countries have deployed troops heavily along their borders.
