A TRIBESMAN LEADS A CAMEL CARAVAN THROUGH TORKHAM BORDER.
A tribesman leads a camel-caravan near the Torkham border town through the Khyber Pass in Pakistan's northwestern frontier province, November 16. Businessmen from land-locked Afghanistan use all means of transportation to exchange goods, mostly imported under an Afghan Transit Trade Agreement, from various countries via Pakistan. The goods are usually smuggled back to Pakistan for sale.
