Afghanistan is aiming for an annual growth rate of 10 percent over the next five years despite the serious problem of insecurity, the Minister of Economy Mir Mohammad Amin Farhang said on Sunday. The government has drawn up a five-year plan known as the Interim National Development Strategy, which sets out a range of targets including growth, to be presented at an international conference on Afghanistan in London at the end of the month.
