Immediate family members of Spc. Kyle Kaeo Fernandez, of Pearl City, Hawaii, mourn during his burial services while 'taps' was being played at the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery in Kaneohe, Hawaii, October 22, 2004. Fernandez, a Schofield Barracks soldier, was killed in Afghanistan when riding a Humvee as part of a security convoy escorting supply trucks when it struck a homemade bomb.
