An Afghan employee works on a mould for an artificial leg at the ICRC Ali Abad Orthopaedic centre in Kabul November 12, 2009. The centre, which is run mostly by disabled people, aims to educate and rehabilitate landmine victims and other people with any kind of disabilities, to help them integrate effectively into society.
