A stone Buddha statue is displayed at the Kabul National Museum in Kabul August 5, 2012. The statue is part of an 843-piece collection of artefacts dating from the Bronze Age to the Islamic period, which comprises of rare coins, pots, stamps, AD first century elephant ivory, and a 3000-year-old axe. The British Embassy in Kabul handed over the collection to Afghanistan's Ministry of Information and Culture during a ceremony at the museum on Sunday, according to a statement by the museum.
