Finnish President Martti Ahtisaari is helped by an official as he mounts his bike to ride to the Amstel hotel where the EU leaders were having their lunch on the second day of meetings at the Amsterdam EU summit, June 17. The bikes were a present to the leaders by the mayor of Amsterdam.
