American designer McLaughlin wears AIDS pin while touring with Hollywood Graffiti Gown in La Paz, Bolivia. American designer Randy McLaughlin wears a studded AIDS pin while touring with the Hollywood Graffiti Gown, embroidered with the signatures of nearly 400 famous women from around the world, in La Paz July 26, 2005. The gown was created by McLaughlin and fellow American Jerry Skeels 24 years ago to bring together women from all cultures to raise awareness of and help fight AIDS. Embroidered on the gown, in platinum and crystal beads, are the autographs of nearly 400 famous women who wore it, including Mother Teresa, Yoko Ono and Katharine Hepburn. The gown is on a final global tour before being auctioned off as its final contribution to the fight against AIDS. Picture taken July 26, 2005. REUTERS/David Mercado
