for stopping Pablo Moreira who alledgedly kicked in a secure door to
gain entry into the cockpit at a news conference following the
suspect's arraignment hearing in Miami Federal Court, February 8, 2002.
The 28-year-old Uruguayan, who was subdued by passengers and by the
flight crew after hitting him in the head with the blunt end of a
rescue axe while en route to Buenos Aires from Miami, is charged with
the interference with a flight crew. If convicted Moreira faces up to
