Two women walk in front of the International Cultural Center of Tirana August 23, 2011. The old pyramid-shaped building was built near the end of the 1980's. It was first used as a museum in memory of the late Communist dictator Enver Hoxha who died in 1985, and later changed into a cultural center. Albanian lawmakers voted to pull down the building to build a new parliamentary building in its place. REUTERS/Arben Celi (ALBANIA - Tags: TRAVEL SOCIETY)
