Ethnic Albanian refugees rest after crossing into Albania from Serbia's troubled Kosovo province June 20. The refugees walked for over 24 hours after setting off to flee the fighting in western Kosovo. Small groups of refugees are still crossing the border into Albania on a daily basis.
