Amtrak passengers Norm Miller, left, and Gwen Travis of Luton, England
phone to family members from a Wendover, Utah community center after
the train in which they were riding collided with a freight train 12
miles east of Wendover, Utah, September 13, 2001. Over 250 passengers
were on the train which was enroute from Chicago to Oakland,
California. Three people were taken by helicopter to Salt Lake City,
