BUENOS AIRES MONEY EXCHANGE HOUSE REMAINS SHUT.
A man tries to get information from an employee of a Buenos Aires money
exchange house, closed to the public for changing Argentine pesos,
January 9, 2002. Investors chided Argentina for yet more delays in
implementing its new dual exchange rate, as the peso lost ground in the
black market beyond the near-30 percent announced devaluation. The sign
says, "Closed for exchange. Open for tourism." REUTERS/Andres Stapff
