Former President Nestor Kirchner was running second in a high-profile race in Argentina's congressional elections on Sunday, early official results showed. With ballots counted at 6 percent polling stations in Buenos Aires province, Kirchner's top rival, Francisco de Narvaez, was leading with 34.78 percent of the vote compared to 33.73 percent for the former president.
