A farmer shows soy beans near a roadblock near Gualeguaychu city March 29, 2008.Argentine farmers reinstated some roadblocks on Saturday after talks with the government to end an agricultural strike failed to address their concerns about a new tax system on farm exports. The farm protest against higher soy export taxes has dragged on more than two weeks and emptied meat counters and halted grains exports from Argentina, a global agricultural powerhouse and one of the world's top suppliers of soy, presenting President Cristina Fernandez with her biggest crisis since taking office in December.
