SCAVENGERS PUSH THEIR CART WITH RECYCLABLES ITEMS TO SELL IN BUENOS
AIRES.
Scavengers, popular known as "cartoneros," push their home-made carts
on a Buenos Aires street, with recyclable items they collected from
garbage dumps. Argentina's unemployement rate stands close to 25
percent and it will take years to rebuild the economy in the country
where nearly 60 percent of 36 million population are poor and 10
million live in extreme poverty, meaning they go hungry in a place that
