A couple have lunch at the "Plaza Miserere" square, during a National
Day of Solidarity in Buenos Aires, August 26, 2001. According to an
official study realesed by the National Statistics Bureau, one out of
every three people in Buenos Aires and its suburbs is poor, which means
they do not earn the national minimum wage of 154 pesos a month needed
to buy food, clothes and pay for services.
