Former Argentine military dictator Jorge Videla, is escorted under police guard into a federal courthouse in Buenos Aires where he was summoned to testify before a judge, June 20, 2001. Videla, already under arrest for allegedly stealing babies from political prisoners, was called by a judge investigating the Condor Plan, to declare an agreement between South American dictators to kidnap political activists opposed to their governments in the 1970's.
