WOOD IS SEEN AT ROYAL ACADEMY...
The title plate from the painting "The Ivy" by Rolling Stones guitarist
Ronnie Wood is seen at the launch of an exhibition of paintings owned
by British composer Andrew Lloyd Webber at the Royal Academy in London,
September 16, 2003. This is the first time the picture, which depicts
dozens of international celebrities dining at the London restaurant The
Ivy, has been on show at the Royal Academy. Displaying his life-long
passion for Victorian art, Lloyd Webber on Tuesday put his
multi-million pound art collection of paintings by Pre-Raphaelite
artists and other masters on public display for the first time.
