Prime Minister Tony Blair after a peaceful gathering in Peshawar,
Pakistan, on October 12, 2001. Pashtuns, who are close neighbors of the
Afgan people, gathered after Friday prayers to voice their opposition
to the joint U.S.-British air strikes against Afganistan.
