United States Army soldiers from the 101st Airborne pass a Chinook
Helicopter in full battle gear they they return to the Bagram base
March 10, 2002 from a week fighting in the Shahi Kot mountains in
eastern Afghanistan. Some 400 US soldiers returned today by Chinook
helicopters to Bagram from the fiercest battle of the war in
