REV. DANIEL MATTHEWS LEADS SERVICE NEAR GROUND ZERO.
The Rev. Dr. Daniel Paul Matthews leads a service of thanksgiving
celebrating the relief ministry at St. Paul's Chapel near ground zero
in New York City, May 29, 2002. Matthews is wearing a robe with patches
from many of the organizations that worked at the World Trade Center
site. The service was held to remember the lives lost at the World
Trade Center and to honor the recovery workers and the volunteers who
