ABORIGINAL PROTESTER RUNS WITH FLAG IN CANBERRA.
An Aboriginal protester runs past a fire and make-shift shelter with an Aboriginal flag outside the old parliament House building in Canberra Febuary 16. The group of around thirty protesters are continuing their demonstrations on the lawns of Australia's parliament house after two demonstrators were arrested and their sacred fires were extinguished yesterday. They are calling for a meeting with Australian Prime Minister John Howard to leave parliament and hold talks with them aimed at ending what they called 211-years of Aboriginal suffering.
